Is there any extra charge for flight delays?
No, we do not charge for flight delays. We actively
monitor your flight and adjust your pickup accordingly.
How long will the driver wait for me?
We provide 1 hour free waiting time from the flight landing time.
Delayed pickup requests do not extend the free hour.
What are the waiting charges?
After the first free hour, waiting is charged at £20/hr pro-rata.
Applies to stops and non-airport journeys.
What are the cancellation charges?
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before pickup are free,
except for a small admin fee.
When will I receive driver details?
Driver name, vehicle details, and contact number are sent
6 hours before pickup via email/WhatsApp.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Follow the airport pickup signs or contact the driver directly.
